If your gift was delivered and/or purchased from Amazon....we do not have buyer information so cannot provide you an answer to who gifted this to you. You will have to call Amazon as they will only give you that information.

We use UPS as our logistics partner and all of our packages are uniquely packed for the best gifting experience. If your gift was delivered from our company directly, there's a great chance we can tell you who purchased it. Sometimes buyers forget to leave a gift message and leave you wondering, "who sent me this gift"? In this case, please contact us through our contact form and provide order number that's on packing slip (if you have). We can use this to look up buyer name for you. 

Orders With Gift Message:

If you've provided a gift message during checkout, we will print the message on the greeting card for you. This makes it gift-ready and can be sent beautifully right to recipients address for the ultimate gifting experience. Don't forget to say who its from!

Orders Without Gift Message:

If no gift message was included with your order, we will provide a blank greeting card which can be hand-written by yourself if desired. Some customers send directly to their home to do just this, others buy chimes for themselves and not use greeting card.

Presentation: 

Gifts from The Wind Chime Co are special and meaningful to both the giver and receiver. Every component of the wind chime has a special place in the black velvet interior box. Personalized sail showcased nicely with love note and greeting card neatly tucked inside slots of the magnetic premium gift box. We know how delicate the occasion is, which is why we put much thought and care into how our gift presents to the recipients.

PERSONALIZATION 

Provide a more meaningful gift with a personalized wind chime. The poems on the front of each sail stay, as shown on product listing. The personalization will replace the tree side of the sail pendant. We can use this side to create whatever you'd like in order to provide a touching gift cherishing those speical memories. Most customers still choose to use our signature tree, then personalize underneath it. Whichever the case, provide us details of your personalization by selecting the personalization option on the product page. If there is no option for personalization on product page, its because its not offered on that product currently but check back soon!

 

Note that proofs are sent for any personalization so please check email and status of your order updates. Any dormit design approvals will be auto-shipped without approval if aged. So please stay close to email to ensure timely delivery and your satisfaction.

We ship from Southeast Michigan and can reach nearly all states reasonibly fast. However, west coast sometimes can take longer. If sending as a gift and directly to funeral home, we suggest leaving a gift message with order which can be done on the cart page of checkout. Also, select appropriate shipping speed at checkout to ensure timeliness of delivery. Pay particularly close attention to shipping service selection rather than estimated business days to deliver. Example would be UPS GROUND never will be 1 business day delivery. Please note, if personalizing we will not ship until we get your approval of design. So stay close to email and check SPAM folder. Thank you!

Yes you can! It's best to have white background and close up so we can extract the details into a single color design, almost like a sketch. Be sure to email us directly to work through a custom order. All designs will be emailed and held for approval prior to shipping for up to 2-3 days, before auto-approving.

Did you know, if you made purchases through Etsy that you qualify for points? That's right, even if you havn't created an account with us yet you've been earning points. Also, even if you checked out before as a guest and didn't create an account, you've earned points. To redeem, simply create account with same email as you used on Etsy or checked out as guest before, then you will have those points available to redeem.

To redeem your vested points, login to your account then tap the rewards icon on the bottom of your screen. Then click or tap on "ways to redeem". You will see a button that says redeem points. After you select redeem, you will be a coupon code auto-generated and applied to your order. Proceed with your purchase and you'll notice the discount on the order summary page. 

If you purchased through PayPal or ShopPay, the reason your seeing the recipients name for billing is because those merchants only sends us one address. Since it already knows yours, it sends us just the shipping information which is also used for billing by default. No worries, no invoice will be included and your transaction still went through. You can confirm this by checking your email for an Order Confirmation. You will be allowed to change shipping address after checkout if desired, however the billing cannot be changed after purchase.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Shop Pay, and more. 
  • All orders over $50 are eligible for Buy Now Pay Later 0% interest
  • Cash on Delivery is not available at this time unless your a local business partner of ours.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars. All duties responsible of the buyer.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We currently do not offer free returns, postal is responsibility of customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Must also be in the original packaging. Understand we want your experience with us a great one, please work with us on acceptable solution. All returns without exchanges may be subject to 10% re-stocking fee. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.Additional non-returnable items include: Gift cards Downloadable software products Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thewindchime.co 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Provide us your tracking number to expedite refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We ship from Michigan, USA. 
  • International orders are accepted.

Shipping Times:

  • Most orders take 3-4 business days to be delivered to you. Processing window before shipment begins can be up to 24hours. Faster options are also available and can be viewed during checkout based on real-time rates during purchase. Please note shipping days are approx and provided by carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delay's or shipping speeds that exceed service provided. Example being UPS GROUND will never arrive next day, even though the carrier may show deliver in 1 business day. Only NEXT DAY AIR SAVER can be delivered in 1 business day.
  • If personalizing chimes, the faster you approve design, the faster we can ship. This is critical when selecting express shipping. We will not ship your item until we got your design approval. If your feedback is dormit for several days, we may ship the item based on personalization details you provided, even though it was not approved. So please check email when requesting personalization of our products. 
  • International orders may take 7-10 business days to be delivered via carrier of choice and we ship within 1-2 business days. Duties responsible of the buyer.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • All orders vary upon your selection at checkout and depend on carrier real time rates with UPS. Expedited options are also available including 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Saver.
  • Shipping is non-refundable unless order is cancelled prior to shipping.

Our system will only take one shipping address per order when you check out. However, we can ship to multiple addresses for you if you notify us prior to shipping. Please note a shipping fee will invoiced to you for that 2nd address. Many customers do this when they take advantage of free shipping offers over $100. In those instances, only 1 address will be free and the other will be charged if shipping with multiple addresses. Whichever address shipping fee is greater, we will cover for you. 

Any free shipping applied to orders will be UPS GROUND. Express orders are not eligible for FREE shipping discounts.
