For any orders with personalization, a design proof will be emailed to you for approval. If after 2 nudges and no response, we will ship order to ensure timliness delivery. So please please please check your email or reach out with any questions or concerns. Thank you very much for choosing us to make you a beautiful gift with speedy delivery.
Shipping Policy:
We know how important delivery speed is to customers, which is why we have partnered with UPS offering various options for our customers. Keep in mind west coast may be back end of delivery times. Shipping options include standard, 2-day, and even overnight shipping so you can recieve the product when YOU want! Here's the Shipping Tiers used at The Wind Chime Co, which can also be found at checkout:
UPS GROUND/GROUND SAVER: 4 -6 Day Delivery
UPS 2ND DAY AIR: 2 Day Delivery
UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER: 1 Business Day Delivery
*There is up to 24hr processing window before product ships, please note this for all orders. Saturday/Sunday are not considered business day**
Orders over $100 free shipping. If shipping to multiple addresses, only 1 order will be free shipping. The 2nd address will be required for payment.

Family-owned and operated in Grand Blanc, Michigan, our story began during the challenging days of the COVID pandemic, when our families, like so many others, faced profound loss. The tradition of sending flower arrangements, while heartfelt, became overwhelming, with countless arrangements requiring coordination. We sought a more enduring and meaningful way to honor those we lost. That’s when The Wind Chime Co was born. Our mission is to provide a heartfelt alternative to flowers through our carefully crafted and beautifully packaged memorial wind chimes. These chimes are more than just a gift—they're a lasting tribute that brings comfort and peace to grieving families. From the moment the recipient opens our thoughtfully designed packages, they feel the love and care we've put into every detail.
